Serviceable Areas
1 We currently deliver to Pune and Mumbai only, through our trusted logistics partners.
2 Certain pin codes or localities within these cities may not be serviceable due to courier
restrictions. Customers will be notified at checkout if delivery to their address is unavailable.
3 We do not currently offer international shipping through our Website. However we do ship
internationally as well hence special requests for international orders may be considered on a
case-to-case basis by contacting us directly at our support email/phone. Such orders will be
subject to separate terms, charges, and timelines.
4 Disclaimer: All product quality or shipping-related concerns (including missing, damaged,
or incorrect deliveries) must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. Any complaints
received after this period may not be eligible for replacement, or refund.
2. Order Processing
1 Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours of confirmation, excluding Sundays and
public holidays.
2 Orders placed after working hours or during holidays will be processed on the next working
day.
3 Same-day delivery may be available in Pune city limits for selected products, subject to
availability.
3. Delivery Timelines
1 Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:
 Within Pune city: Same day or 1–2 business days.
 Mumbai and Other towns (outside Pune): 2–3 business days.
2. These are estimated timelines and may vary depending on courier operations, local
conditions, or peak festive seasons.
4. Shipping Charges
1 Shipping charges are calculated based on weight, destination, and courier partner rates, and
will be displayed at checkout before payment.
2 Free shipping may be offered for certain promotional campaigns
5. Packaging & Handling
1 All products are packed hygienically using secure, food-grade materials to maintain
freshness and quality during transit.
2 Fragile products (such as barfis and pedhas) are carefully handled but may show slight
variations in shape/appearance due to transit handling.
6. Delivery & Risk of Loss
1 Once an order is dispatched, customers will receive an email/SMS with tracking details.
2 Title and risk of loss or damage pass to the customer upon handover of the product to the
courier partner.
3 We are not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by courier companies,
customs authorities, or factors beyond our reasonable control.
7. Delays & Force Majeure
1 Delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen events such as strikes, lockdowns, transport
disruptions, adverse weather, or natural calamities.
2 In such cases, customers will be notified, but no refunds will be provided solely for delayed
deliveries.
8. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders
1 If you receive:
 A damaged package,
 Missing items, or
 An incorrect product,
please notify us within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear photographs of the package
and items received.
2 We will investigate and provide resolution through replacement, credit, or refund, as per
our Refund Policy.
9. Customer Responsibilities
1 Customers must ensure correct delivery information (address, landmark, contact number)
while placing an order.
2 Incorrect or incomplete addresses leading to delivery failure will not be eligible for refunds.
3 If the delivery attempt fails due to the recipient being unavailable, re-delivery may be
attempted at an additional cost
