Cancellation & Refund Policy – M.R. Ghodke Mithaiwale
At M.R. Ghodke Mithaiwale, we take pride in preparing and delivering our sweets fresh and
with utmost care. Since our products are perishable food items, cancellations and refunds
are subject to strict timelines and conditions, as outlined below.
By placing an order on https://mrghodkemithaiwale.com you agree to the following policy:
1. Order Cancellation
1 Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after they are confirmed, as products are made
fresh to order.
2 Cancellation requests must be raised within 1 hour of placing the order by contacting our
support team. If preparation or dispatch has already begun, cancellation will not be possible.
3 Once an order has been processed for dispatch, cancellation is strictly not allowed.
4 In rare cases where we are unable to fulfill an order due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g.,
stock unavailability, operational issues), the order will be cancelled by us, and the product
value will be refunded to the original payment method.
2. Refund Eligibility
1 Due to the perishable nature of our sweets and namkeen, refunds are not offered for:
 Change of mind or taste preferences.
 Delays caused by courier/logistics partners or incorrect address provided by the
customer.
 Products consumed or partially consumed.
2 Refunds or replacements will only be considered in the following cases:
 The product is damaged in transit.
 The product delivered is incorrect (different from what was ordered).
 Missing items in the order.
3. Reporting Concerns
1 Customers must raise complaints related to product quality, damage, or incorrect/missing
items within 24 hours of delivery.
2 All claims must be supported with:
 Clear photographs of the package, invoice, and product received.
 Proper documentation and order details as evidence.
 Tracking history (if applicable).
3 Complaints raised beyond this timeline may not be eligible for refunds or replacements.
4. Refund & Resolution Process
1 Any case of refund or cancellation is at the sole discretion of M.R. Ghodke Mithaiwale.
2 Once a valid complaint is reviewed and approved:
 A replacement may be issued (where feasible).
3 Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 10 working days of confirmation.
4 Please note that in case of natural calamities, unforeseen events, or courier delays, if the
delivery gets cancelled or delayed, only the product value will be refunded. Shipping
charges are strictly non-refundable.
5 Title and ownership of returned items are not assumed by M.R. Ghodke Mithaiwale at
any point.
5. Non-Refundable Items
1 The following are strictly non-refundable:
 Products returned without prior approval.
 Opened, tampered, or partially consumed items.
 Orders delayed due to incorrect/incomplete addresses or recipient unavailability.
 Special/customized bulk orders (e.g., wedding, festive, or corporate gifting).
6. Cancellation/Refund by the Company
1 We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to:
 Unserviceable delivery locations.
 Suspected fraudulent transactions.
 Force majeure events affecting operations.
2 In such cases, customers will be informed, and a refund of the product value (excluding
shipping charges) will be processed.
7. Policy Updates
We may amend or update this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
The updated version will be posted on the Website and will apply to all future orders.
